Fault review for inverter-based sites

EcoPowerHub stores a protection profile and classifies a recorded replay as grid-side, inverter-side, high-resistance, or evolving. It does not trip a breaker, write a relay setting, or retune a protection element. get_fault_event is planned on the Hub catalogue and is not served.
